Mr. Bradley, was the CEO of CIBA Vision from 1990 until his retirement in early 2003. CIBA Vision is one of the world’s leading contact lens and lens care businesses and a unit of Novartis AG. Prior to CIBA Vision, Mr. Bradley held senior management positions in the Agricultural, Plastics & Additives and Electronic Equipment Groups of CIBA-Geigy Corporation. Currently he is serving on a number of private medical device boards. Mr. Bradley also consults with third parties in various ophthalmic segments.
Mr. Bradley received a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Mississippi State University, his PhD in chemical engineering from Louisiana State University and an MBA in business and finance from the University of Connecticut.

Mr. Braden is a principal in the Braden Fellman Group, Ltd., a Georgia real estate and development company which specializes in Atlanta historic intown apartments and neighborhoods. Braden Fellman Group provides full real estate services for more than 1,000 apartments and commercial buildings. Mr. Braden is active in the funding for early stage technology and medical device companies in the Atlanta area providing funding for companies such as Greenway Technologies, Greenway Medical, Alimera Sciences, Ionic Therapeutics, SaluMedica and Neusoft Technologies. Mr. Braden is an active member of the board of directors of SaluMedica and Nuesoft Technologies and a past member of the board of Greenway Technologies prior to its sale to Bisys Corporation.
Mr. Braden is a graduate of Fairleigh-Dickinson University in New Jersey with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance.
